He started with judo when he was 8.
Career and Style
Takamatsu was very skilled judoka but he somehow was not able to show his best in major tournaments. Problem was perheps in his consistency or he was a guy who had not luck. But it's query if he could be the one from all japan who represented his home country in major tournament.
