Martin Kafka (born July 25, 1978 in Prague, Czechoslovakia) is retired rugbyplayer from Czech republic.

- He is one of the most interesting rugbyplayer from Czech republic. Not only because he was very good Fly-half (10) but because his greatuncle was famous czech writer Franz Kafka.
- He begun playing rugby at age 7 in Říčany.
- He was for two seasons the best point scorer in Spain .
- He was voted Czech rugby player of the year for season 2002.
- He holds point record for Czech national team, 275 points (10 tries)
- He had to retire in 2007 because of problems with anckles.
- From 2008 he is headcouch of Czech national team.
