Sven Maresch (Czech:Sven Mareš) (born January 19, 1987 in Erfurt, Thuringia) is a judoka from Germany

-He was born in Erfurt and begun with judo as young boy in club PSV Erfurt Judo.
-In 2004 he moved to Berlin where he trains in Sportclub Berlin e.V. under Detlef Ultsch.
-He is big rival with another german judoka Ole Bischof. They both fighting in half-middleweight category (-81kg).
