He was born in Cegléd what a city 70lm from capital city Budapest.

He is from judo family. His youger brothers Attila and Zoltán are also judokas.

His coach is Tamás Bíró

Career and Style

Ungvari's judo is very fast and athletic. He can fight in ne-waza and nage-waza. This is probably his biggest advantage against other opponents... versatility.

His big credit is longevity. He holds high skill level for almost 10 years maily on European scene.

He knows how fight against European judokas and this was cause why he qualified into final of 2012 London Olympic Games.
