He was born in a village near capital city Baku.

Career and Style

Qasımov is wellbuilt, psychical judo player. He has poweful grips but he still need to work on his judo technique. Otherwise he has potential to become one of the best heavyweigter.

He showed his talent at 2012 London Olympic Games where he upset top1 seed Rakov.
