Anai has potential become a legend but he somehow stucked in his development. Since [[Kosei Inoue]] retired there was no better technical judo player in Half-Heavyweight than Anai. Where he did mistake? He has never been powerful judo player but this is not the main thing. Problem is in his mind. Fighting under pressure where all Japan look at him and wait gold medal. | Anai has potential become a legend but he somehow stucked in his development. In 2010 he became World Champion but this year was very specific because of new rule. Leg grabbing was completly banned. Many judo players had to learn new judo and season 2010 was critical for them. Most of them rather retire. This was big advatage for Japans because they always practise classical technical judo and in the 2010 World Championships they dominated. Since 2011 judo players get used to new rule and the rule was also little bit reduced that leg grabbing is possible in contra.
